At Kind of Vintage, all of our items are made to order, which means we create each piece specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages or Issues
We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at kindofvintageshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and work to resolve it promptly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
